The maximum value of the property can reach up too €300,000 compared to €250,000 in the previous program “Home for Me”. The maximum loan amount has also increased to €230,000 from €190,000 previously offered under “Home for Me”.
A notable change is that the income increment per child has risen to €7,000 from the previous €5,000 when comparing it with “Home for Me”.
Simplifying further details regarding income limits; for single individuals these are set at a maximum of €25,000 instead of the previous limit of €20,000.
The upper income thresholds for married couples have been adjusted to a total of €35,000 with an additional allowance of €7,000 per child as opposed to the earlier limit of €28,000 and an increment of only €4k per child.
Mothers or fathers raising children alone will see their upper income limits rise to a total of€39k plus an extra€7k per child (previously set at€31k with an increase rate at€5k).
This way “Home for Me” expands its reach substantially towards families with children who naturally face greater housing needs as well as financial challenges associated with them.
An additional noteworthy modification in this program is that families having more than four children will be allowed extra square meters—specifically ten square meters—for each additional child beyond four kids in total count within their household unit size requirements .
The financing through “Home For Me” can cover up to ninety percent (90%)of property value ,requiring only ten percent(10%)to be covered by beneficiaries’ own funds . This maintains one key advantage offered by this initiative : access towards housing loans at considerably lower costs overall .
