Η αγορά αγροτικού πετρελαίου εισέρχεται σε μια νέα εποχή με την υλοποίηση του myDiesel από την ΑΑΔΕ. Μέσω αυτής της πλατφόρμας, οι δικαιούχοι αγρότες θα έχουν τη δυνατότητα να προμηθεύονται πετρέλαιο κίνησης χωρίς να πληρώνουν τον Ειδικό Φόρο Κατανάλωσης (ΕΦΚ) και τον αντίστοιχο ΦΠΑ, απευθείας στην αντλία.
Η ψηφιακή αυτή διαδικασία παρουσιάστηκε σε συνέντευξη Τύπου από τον υπουργό Αγροτικής Ανάπτυξης και Τροφίμων, Μαργαρίτη Σχοινά, τον υφυπουργό Εθνικής Οικονομίας και Οικονομικών, Δημήτρη Μαρκόπουλο, καθώς και τον διοικητή της ΑΑΔΕ, Γιώργο Πιτσιλή.
Με το νέο σύστημα καταργείται η υποχρέωση των αγροτών να προκαταβάλλουν φόρους και να περιμένουν επιστροφές. Αντί για την εκ των υστέρων αποζημίωση, η απαλλαγή εφαρμόζεται κατά τη διάρκεια της αγοράς με ψηφιακό έλεγχο σε πραγματικό χρόνο.
Λειτουργία του myDiesel: Χρονικά ορόσημα
Τα δύο κύρια χρονοδιαγράμματα για την εφαρμογή του νέου συστήματος είναι:
- 22 Οκτωβρίου 2026: Έναρξη υποχρεωτικών εγγραφών των πρατηριούχων καυσίμων στο myDiesel.
- 1 Νοεμβρίου 2026: Υποχρεωτική ψηφιακή διακίνηση του αγροτικού πετρελαίου αρχίζει.
Η εφαρμογή είναι προσβάσιμη μέσω της ψηφιακής πύλης myAADE στην ενότητα Εφαρμογές → Δημοφιλείς Εφαρμογές → myDiesel, καθώς επίσης μέσω της δωρεάν εφαρμογής myDieselApp για κινητά iOS και Android.
Η διαδικασία προμήθειας αγροτικού πετρελαίου γίνεται ηλεκτρονικά με τη χρήση ενός μοναδικού κουπονιού που εκδίδει ο δικαιούχος.
- Create a digital coupon: The farmer logs into the application using their TAXISnet credentials and generates a digital coupon for purchasing diesel fuel. The coupon contains a unique code and QR code.
- Shooting at the gas station: The gas station attendant scans the QR code or enters the coupon number to issue the purchase receipt while applying the exemption from EFC and VAT as required by law.
- A real-time transaction check: The system automatically cross-checks details in real time to verify how much fuel that specific farmer is entitled to. Together, it updates their available balance of eligible quantity.
- Automated refund to the gas station: The refund of EFC to stations occurs automatically at least every Monday and Thursday after verifying receipts through AAD’s data systems like myDATA or eSend. No additional action is needed from the gas station owner.
Potential Benefits for Farmers
The Minister of agricultural Growth and Food highlighted that one of the main advantages of this new system is immediate financial savings during refueling operations.
“Fill up your tank, scan it and leave! Three words that encapsulate this notable change we are introducing in agricultural diesel,” he remarked emphatically. He noted that farmers will no longer need to prepay taxes or wait for refunds since benefits will be calculated directly at purchase time. He provided an example involving a cotton producer with 100 acres who could see benefits from agricultural diesel reach up to €615 between 2020-2022; though, projections indicate this could rise to €2,460 by 2026 based on presented data. “Four times more money for identical crops on similar acreage,” he stated confidently.
This new platform allows each producer also to monitor their entitled amount of fuel based on their farming data. Furthermore, Schoinas announced initiatives aimed at updating reference tables regarding agricultural diesel quantities established back in 2016 due changes over recent years affecting crops machinery needs substantially.
Markopoulos: “We respond with actions & meaningful tax relief”
Dimitris Markopoulos emphasized how this innovative application aligns with government efforts supporting agriculture sector stakeholders through targeted policies alongside tax reductions.
He mentioned how collaboration between AADAE & fuel retailers facilitates immediate implementation exemptions during refueling simplifying processes producers face daily challenges navigating through bureaucracy while ensuring transparency solutions providing genuine support primary sector needs.
