Δώρο Πάσχα 2026: Όλα όσα πρέπει να γνωρίζετε

Η καταβολή του Δώρου Πάσχα είναι υποχρεωτική και σύμφωνα με τον νόμο, μπορεί να πραγματοποιηθεί νωρίτερα από την καθορισμένη ημερομηνία, αλλά όχι αργότερα. Είναι σημαντικό να σημειωθεί ότι το Δώρο Πάσχα καταβάλλεται αποκλειστικά σε χρηματική μορφή και υπόκειται σε κρατήσεις καθώς και στον Φόρο Μισθωτών Υπηρεσιών.

Οι περισσότερες πληρωμές αναμένονται κατά τη διάρκεια της Μεγάλης Εβδομάδας.

Προθεσμία για την καταβολή του Δώρου Πάσχα 2026

Το Δώρο Πάσχα θα πρέπει να έχει καταβληθεί μέχρι τη Μεγάλη Τετάρτη, 8 Απριλίου στους εργαζόμενους του ιδιωτικού τομέα. Σύμφωνα με την Εθνική Γενική Συλλογική Σύμβαση Εργασίας (ΣΣΕ), όλοι οι υπάλληλοι του ιδιωτικού τομέα στην Ελλάδα δικαιούνται αυτό το δώρο.

Υπολογισμός του Δώρου Πάσχα 2026

Ο υπολογισμός γίνεται ως εξής: για τους μισθωτούς που αμείβονται με μηνιαίο μισθό, το ποσό ισούται με τον μισό μηνιαίο μισθό. Για όσους εργάζονται με ημερήσιο μίσθο, η αποζημίωση ανέρχεται σε 15 ημερομίσθια.Μπορείτε να κάνετε τον υπολογισμό μέσω ειδικής εφαρμογής.

Αν η εργασιακή σχέση ενός υπαλλήλου δεν διαρκέσει ολόκληρη την προαναφερόμενη περίοδο λόγω αποχώρησης ή απόλυσης, δικαιούται αναλογία δώρου που υπολογίζεται ως εξής:

• Mε μηνιαίο μισθό: ποσό ίσο με 1/15 του μισού μηνιαίου μισθού ή ένα ημερήσιο επίδομα ανάλογα με τη συμφωνημένη μέθοδο πληρωμής για κάθε οκτώ ημέρες εργασίας.
• Mε ημερήσιο μίσθο: αν κάποιος εργάζεται λιγότερες από οκτώ ημέρες δικαιούται αντίστοιχο κλάσμα για το Δώρο Πάσχα.

If the employee was ill during this period, only the days for which they received sick pay from their insurance provider will be deducted from the calculation of the Easter bonus.

If the Easter bonus is not paid on time, employees or their unions can and should file a complaint with the local Labor Inspectorate to initiate a formal report against their employer. This report is forwarded to the Prosecutor for individual prosecution against the employer and also sent to the relevant police department for immediate action under summary proceedings.

The employees or their unions have the right to file a complaint directly at their local police station and request that summary proceedings be initiated.It is vital that any formal report includes details about the company and contact facts for its owner if possible sence summary procedures can take up to 48 hours.

If there is any failure in paying out easter bonuses within set deadlines,Labor Inspectors are required to intervene promptly by conducting inspections and being fully prepared for initiating summary procedures along with imposing relevant penalties.

The workers can make anonymous or named complaints through helpline number 1555 or via online services provided by Labor Inspection authorities or by sending an email message regarding complaints related to non-payment of Easter bonuses. The General Confederation of Greek Workers (GSEE) informs that its Information center for Workers and Unemployed (KEPEA-GSEE) is available for workers wishing to submit complaints or track existing ones regarding non-payment of Easter bonuses.
