Σύμφωνα με πληροφορίες από την ΕΛΑΣ, ένα περίπλοκο δίκτυο επιχειρήσεων και πολλοί «αχυράνθρωποι» φέρεται να χρησιμοποιούνταν από το κύκλωμα που έχει ως επικεφαλής τον πρόεδρο του ΛΑΟΣ, Φίλιππο Καμπούρη. Το κύκλωμα αυτό φαίνεται ότι προκάλεσε ζημία άνω των 5 εκατομμυρίων ευρώ στο Δημόσιο. Σήμερα, το iEidiseis αποκαλύπτει ένα σύστημα 12 εταιρειών με κοινά πρόσωπα και επαναλαμβανόμενες δραστηριότητες, οι οποίες συνδέονται μεταξύ άλλων με νυχτερινά κέντρα και καταστήματα λιανικής πώλησης ενδυμάτων, καθώς και με μια επιχείρηση από τη Λιβερία. Ορισμένες εξ αυτών ασχολούνται επίσης με τηλεφωνικές υπηρεσίες και διαφήμιση.
Εντυπωσιακό είναι ότι σε δύο από αυτές τις εταιρείες έχουν επιβληθεί πρόστιμα από την Αρχή Προστασίας Δεδομένων για παράνομες τηλεφωνικές προωθητικές ενέργειες, ενώ σχεδόν όλες βρίσκονται σε αναστολή καταχώρησης. Οι περισσότερες ιδρύθηκαν τα τελευταία χρόνια, αν και κάποιες είχαν συσταθεί πριν το 2015.
«Ο πραγματικός εργοδότης ήταν ο Καμπούρης»
Όπως αποκάλυψε χθες το iEidiseis, η υπόθεση άρχισε να ξεδιπλώνεται μετά από καταγγελία πρώην υπαλλήλου του Φίλιππου Καμπούρη που διαπίστωσε ότι εισέπραττε δεκάδες χιλιάδες ευρώ χωρίς τη γνώση της.
Η Βιργινία Ξανθοπούλου, δικηγόρος της πρώην υπαλλήλου δήλωσε στο iEidiseis ότι μία εκ των νομικών ενεργειών που ακολούθησαν ήταν η κατάθεση εργατικής αγωγής.
Το iEidiseis έχει στη διάθεσή του αποσπάσματα της δικαστικής απόφασης που εκδόθηκε το 2025 από το Μονομελές Πρωτοδικείο Αθηνών σχετικά με αυτή την αγωγή. Όπως αναφέρεται: «είναι σαφές ότι ο πραγματικός εργοδότης της ενάγουσας ήταν ο εναγόμενος (δηλαδή ο Φίλιππος Καμπούρης) …».
Sτη συνέχεια της αποφάσεως σημειώνεται πως «περί τις αρχές Ιουνίου του 2024, κατά την υποβολή φορολογικής δήλωσης για τα εισοδήματα του έτους 2023, η ενάγουσα παρατήρησε ότι… παρόλο που είχε συμφωνηθεί καθαρός μισθός ύψους 600 ευρώ μηνιαίως – είχε δηλωθεί ποσό καθαρής αμοιβής ύψους 19.495,07 ευρώ».
Ο «αχυράνθρωπος»
Aπό όσα αναφέρονται στην επίμαχη δικαστική απόφαση προκύπτει πως το συγκεκριμένο ποσό «καταγραφόταν ως πληρωμή μέσω των εταιρειών “telephone Advertising Center Διαφημιστική Προωθητική Εμπορική Ερευνών και Δημοσκοπήσεων Μονοπρόσωπη ΙΚΕ”, “Call Center Media Advertisment Διαφημιστική Προωθητική Εμπορικών Ερευνών Μονοπρόσωπη ΙΚΕ” και “Call Center Media Plan Μονοπρόσωπη ΙΚΕ”».
Aπό στοιχεία του ΓΕΜΗ προκύπτει πως η πρώτη εξ αυτών των εταιρειών ιδρύθηκε τον Αύγουστο του 2017 από τον Ι.Κ., ο οποίος είναι μοναδικός εταίρος και διαχειριστής της επιχείρησης. Η Βιργινία Ξανθοπούλου χαρακτήρισε αυτό το πρόσωπο ως «αχυράνθρωπο». Κύριος σκοπός αυτής της εταιρείας είναι οι δραστηριότητες διαφημίσεων γραφείων κι αυτή βρίσκεται σε αναστολή καταχώρησης, λόγω μη εκπλήρωσης συμβατικών υποχρεώσεων.
Aναφορικά με τη δεύτερη εταιρεία “Call Center Media Advertisment“, αυτή ιδρύθηκε τον Νοέμβριο του 2020 επίσης υπό τον Ι.Κ., ο οποίος είναι μοναδικός εταίρος κι εδώ επίσης σκοπεύει να παρέχει υπηρεσίες τηλεφωνικού κέντρου καθώς κι άλλες σχετικές υπηρεσίες διαφήμισης. Αυτή η επιχείρηση βρίσκεται επίσης σε αναστολή καταχώρησης.
Tέλος για την τρίτη εταιρεία “Call Center Media Plan“, ίδρυση έγινε τον Οκτώβριο του 2023 ξανά υπό τον ίδιο άνθρωπο (Ι.K.), όπου στόχος παραμένουν οι δραστηριότητες γραφείων διαφήμισης κι αυτή βρίσκεται σε αναστολή καταχώρησης.
Η υπόθεση Καμπούρη και τα γυναικεία ένδυση
Mε βάση την προηγούμενη δικαστική αποφασή σημειώθηκε ακόμα πως η πρώην υπάλληλος ενημερώθηκε ότι στις τραπεζικές συναλλαγές μισθοδοσίας εμφανίζονταν άγνωστες γι’ αυτήν επιχειρήσεις όπως οι “K.I Teled M.IKE”,”Hellenic Services Advertising Group Μονοπρόσωπη IKE” καθώς κι “Υπηρεσίες Ψυχαγωγίας Εστίασης Διασκέδαση Μονοπρόσωπη IKE”.
Aπό αυτές τις τρεις επιχειρήσεις ,η πρώτη “K.I Telad” ιδρύθηκε τον Μάρτιο του ’21 ξανά απ’τον ίδιο άνθρωπο (Ι.K.) όπου προσφέρει υπηρεσίες λιανικής πώλησης ενδυμάτων .Η ιστοσελίδα τους στο ΓΕΜΗ είναι instaglam.gr , αλλά δεν φαίνεται να λειτουργεί πλέον. Σύμφωνα πάντως με διαδικτυακή έρευνα ,η InstaGlam ( ή InGlam ) διαθέτει κατάστημα γυναικείας ένδυξης στον Κορυδαλλό ,που προβάλλεται απ’την σύζυγοτου Φίλιπου Καμπούρη . Kai αυτοί βρίσκονται σε αναστολή καταχώριης .

the second company is the “< strong > Hellenic Services Advertising Group strong >”, founded in February of ’22 again by I.K., who is also the sole partner and manager of it.The purpose of this company is to provide advertising agency services such as telephone center services and it is also suspended from registration.
The third company,”< strong > Entertainment Dining Services Fun Single Member IKE strong >”, was established in July ’22 by E.T., who is the sole partner and manager.The purpose of this company remains advertising agency activities and it too has been suspended from registration.
Stores
The search for more corporate connections between I.K.and E.T.appeared as managers of these companies led to other companies where both individuals are listed as their managers.
The first one among them is “< strong > Attractive Fashion Single Member IKE strong >”, which was founded in November ’25 by I.K.The main purpose of this company remains retail clothing sales.On the day the company was established,two branches were announced simultaneously.The one branch located in Korydallos shares an address with that mentioned store InstaGlam.< / Strong>.similarly,the declared address for the second branch at Palaio Faliro also houses a clothing store belonging to InstaGlam.
Nights Clubs
A further business entity identified was “< strong >Center Entertainment Group Single Member IKE“, which was founded in July ’24 by IK and has also been suspended from registration.The main aim here involves providing meals through restaurants,taverns or live music venues with orchestras comprising at least three instruments.
This particular firm appeared as an event producer for a planned event at night club”< Strong La Mamounia Disco Club” on Syggrou Avenue last may.This same address on Syggrou Avenue had been registered previously by some aforementioned companies.
This same firm had previously acted as an event producer for another occasion held a year earlier at night club”< Strong Buddha Live Club stage“.It should be noted that on his personal Instagram page Philippos Kampouris continuously advertised events both for”Buddha Live Club”and”La mamounia Disco Club”.
